Front Garden Barnes

The brief was to create a traditional, formal, quintessentially English front garden. A succession of reliably performing Spring bulbs and herbaceous perennials provide a long season of interest from February until November. These thrive around a central axis punctuated by Buxus balls which provide year-round structural mass. A weathered, classically inspired urn provides the focal point, imbuing the garden with a sense of drama.
